The Bristol Scroll was carried by every bus in the city and surrounding areas from 1965 until the mid 1980s.
Created by an unknown artist, this beautiful script was first used in 1910 by the Bristol Aviation Company, becoming Bristol's most significant logo across the globe, during a period of rapid industrial expansion and innovation.
The Designers
As a homage to the iconic Bristol Scroll, the design was reinterpreted by 6 renowned graffiti artists from the Bristol scene: Inkie, Paris, Ged Palmer, Deams, 45RPM and 3-DOM.
