Commemorating the Peterloo Massacre which took place at St Peter's Field, Manchester, England on Monday 16 August, 1819.
Seventeen people died and hundreds were injured when cavalry charged into a crowd of around 60,000 people who had gathered in peaceful protest to demand the reform of parliamentary representation.
Text and fonts are taken directly from the first edition of The Masque of Anarchy by Percy Bysshe Shelley, an epic poem written in direct response to the massacre - perhaps the first modern statement of the principle of nonviolent resistance, it was banned from printing for 30 years but has since inspired many a political slogan.
