Inside each of us are two spirits battling for control. The Hot Desk in you longs for order, calm and control, while the Hot Mess is a force of wild unconstrained creation! Whichever of these beings you’re allowing to take the lead at any moment, we have the space to let them live their best hot life.

Join us in our library to get your head down for some quiet study, writing, art or some slightly pricey procrastination (desk toys not supplied). However if you need to get your saw, drill, sand, paint, sculpt, weld and grind on, our yard is now set up for you to hire! And if you’re a dab hand with a squeegee then our cosy screenprinting studio, The People’s Printshop, is also available.
