What do you love?

Design your own unique I ♥ mug... Tell us what you love, and we'll make you a one-off personalised mug with hand-placed letters spelling it out! A name, a place, a thing, a feeling, it's entirely up to you.

The price* varies based on character count, automatically adjusting as you type your word/s in the box above. Letters are 50p each, you can have up to 15 letters. Spaces are allowed but don't count towards your total, punctuation does.

* if the price doesn't match the actual number of letters we'll either send a payment request for the difference or a refund

Not quite the custom china you were after? If vintage florals or graffiti are more fitting than hearts, you can personalise one of our classic Bristol Scroll mugs, or supersize it if you're feeling thirsty. If you want to get really wild with it, we'd recommend coming to one of our China Decorating Workshops, they're a lot of fun, and you'll end up with a mug unlike any other!

Delivery

We decorate all our chinaware by hand and fire it here on site, so while we aim to despatch within 3-5 working days, some orders may take up to three weeks to arrive. If you're in a hurry please call us on 0117 944 4540 to check availability.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £100, or FREE Click & Collect from our Stokes Croft shop. Standard UK delivery is £5.50.

Sending to the EU? Thanks to Brexit, posting from the UK to the EU is now very confusing. Please be aware that additional charges may apply on delivery - this varies from country to country - so it's possible further payment might be needed to get your package through customs.

Sending to the USA? Thanks to Trump and his tariffs, posting things to the States is now a little bit tricky. It might be a good idea to contact us before placing your order, just to make sure it is possible!
