Hot Desk Hire

We have three desks available in our Library at our HQ on Hillgrove Street. They are available to hire for 2 or 4 hours or for the entire day (8am-11pm).

Wifi and kitchen facilities (kettle, coffee machine, microwave & fridge) are supplied but printing facilities are not available.

Our library is generally quiet but there is a small amount of foot traffic through the space so we can't guarantee you silence or privacy. If you would prefer to book the entire library space then email events@prsc.org.uk.

Book 5 full days to save 50% (£50 total). Simply add them all to your cart and the discount will be applied automatically. Bookings can be rescheduled any time before the booking.

How to book:

1. Before your first booking you will need to pay a small security deposit (add it to your cart) which will be refunded when you no longer need to use the desk.
2. You will also need to book an induction into the space so we can show you around and give you the health and safety run down. Inductions are generally held 2-3pm Tuesday to Thursday but if you are unable to attend then please let us know and we can try to arrange an alternative time. After your induction you can arrange access at your convenience.
3. Select your desired hours - you can book in 2 or 4 hour slots or for the entire day.
4. Pay for deposit + booking - After which you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the building.
5. 24hrs before booking you will receive another confirmation email - this will contain up to date information on codes required to access the space so please be sure to read it.
6. You can cancel or reschedule at any point before the start of your booking.
